Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MakeMeLast mobile application ("MakeMeLast", "the App", "the Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

MakeMeLast is operated by Alberto, an individual developer based in the Isle of Man ("we", "us", "our").

1. Service Description

MakeMeLast is a sexual performance training application that provides guided exercises, personalised training programmes, and AI-powered coaching to help men manage premature ejaculation. The App offers:

• Structured exercise programmes generated by AI coaching technology
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Journaling and mood-tracking tools
• An educational exercise library

2. Medical Disclaimer

You should consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before starting any new health or exercise programme, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. If you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse effects while using the App, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the effectiveness of the training programmes for any individual user. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use MakeMeLast. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18.

4. Account

When you first open the App, an anonymous account is automatically created for you via Firebase Authentication. You may optionally upgrade to an email-based account for data persistence and account recovery.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If you use an anonymous account, be aware that your server-side data cannot be recovered if you lose access to the device or uninstall the App without first linking an email address.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

5.1 Free Trial

MakeMeLast offers a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period, you have full access to premium features at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are auto-renewing. After your initial subscription period (or free trial), your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5.3 Payment

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Your payment method on file with the respective store will be charged. We do not directly collect or store your payment information.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management:

• iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > MakeMeLast > Cancel
• Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > MakeMeLast > Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

5.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact:

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MakeMeLast only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell access to the App
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through feedback or other input mechanisms
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

7. AI-Generated Content

MakeMeLast uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised training programmes and coaching content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as professional medical advice
• AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies or suboptimal recommendations
• You are responsible for evaluating whether any AI-generated exercise or recommendation is appropriate for you
• We continuously work to improve AI quality but do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any specific output

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, software, and AI-generated training content, is the property of MakeMeLast or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MakeMeLast and its developer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

12. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice
• Update these Terms at any time — material changes will be communicated through the App
• Change subscription pricing — existing subscribers will be notified in advance and changes apply at the next renewal

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes, but continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. To fully terminate your relationship with MakeMeLast:

1. Cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play
2. Delete your account from within the App (Settings > Delete Account)
3. Uninstall the App from your device

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Isle of Man, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Isle of Man. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MakeMeLast regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
